Southern Ocean Smoked Salmon and Avocado Wraps

  • 100g Southern Ocean Smoked Salmon Slices
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 4 large flour tortillas or Turkish flat bread
  • 1 to 2 cups baby salad leaves
  • 1/2 small telegraph cucumber, cut into strips
  • 1 small red onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 avocado, peeled and cut into strips
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper.


Combine the mayonnaise, dill and lime juice in a small bowl. Lay 4 tortillas or flat breads on a clean surface.

Place ½ the salad leaves along one side of each tortilla, then lay Southern Ocean Smoked Salmon slices, about 3 cm from the edge. Top with the cucumber, red onions and avocado.

Spoon the mayonnaise over the top. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly to secure. Wrap in greaseproof paper. Cut in half to serve. Great for lunch boxes.
